For larger projects, you may prefer our on-site Group Support. For this, we work with you to establish and staff a fully functional on-site Career Centre.

This not only provides a hub of activity offering a dynamic mix of one-to-one meetings, group workshops and on-site job search facilities, but is a tangible demonstration of your company’s commitment to helping its workforce embrace an imposed career change.

As always, the level of service is tailored to your needs and budget. Our Group Support options enable groups of people to take control of their future and accelerate performance in key areas of need as required.

Partnering with you, we create the right mix of activities delivered either on a project or per-head basis.

Because things change, each project has a lead consultant who project manages the day-to-day running. This keeps you informed of progress whilst allowing you to focus on your priorities.
