- Assess:   individual sponsor and client needs
- Select:   the choice of coach is crucial to results
- Contract:   roundtable meeting to agree the process and deliverables
- Monitor:   track, measure and evaluate outputs throughout the programme and refine any elements if and when required
- Closure:   in-depth review of results and recommendations.
Executive coaching aims to improve performance, but we offer multiple variations on this theme so there is a solution for every scenario and stage in a company’s evolution. Depending on the circumstances, our coaching may be one-to-one or in the form of group workshops.
