Jim Horsted
Jim is a co-founder of Working Transitions and over the last 16 years has managed outplacement and change management programmes for over 200 organisations including individual projects involving in excess of 1,500 leavers and 7,500 stayers.
He has a unique experience and depth of understanding of managing successful client relationships and strategic partnerships. Jim’s key role will be to ensure that client expectations are either met or exceeded in terms of KPIs and other success criteria.
Jim has published four books and numerous articles in professional journals on a diverse range of subjects including outplacement, change management, business process re-engineering, law and finance.
He is a BA (Hons) Economics graduate from Sussex University, an MBA graduate from Cranfield University, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB), an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AMAC) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling from Birkbeck University.
Neil Lewis
Neil is co-founder and Managing Director of Working Transitions and has 25 years experience of devising and managing successful change programmes.
Prior to Working Transitions Neil worked for Ladbroke Hotels, Diageo and Nationwide Building Society. In addition, whilst working as a Senior Consultant for PE International, he helped HSBC, Royal Mail and Gulf Oil, amongst others, to drive successful internal change programmes throughout their business.
Neil is responsible for business development, client relationships and the ‘Infinity’ service at Working Transitions.
Clare Bain
Clare spent over 20 years in both the educational and commercial sectors, during which time Clare built a reputation for delivering results both personally and through her teams. Her final role in this phase of her career was as Area Director at NPI - part of the AMP group.
10 years ago, Clare decided to move into HR consultancy where she could bring her experience into an environment where she could combine her different skill sets and her passion for people development to enable both companies and individuals to reach their full potential.
Clare works closely with our Sponsors, sharing her knowledge and experience across all our business disciplines. She advises on areas including designing, setting up and managing large scale redundancy projects, implementing a range of transition programmes and enabling businesses to successfully move forward during times of change.
Clare heads up our Executive Coaching faculty, an area about which she is extremely passionate and committed.
Clare is an accredited coach and qualified in a range of assessment & development tools.
